All types of alloyed and non-alloyed steel, ball bearing steel and stainless steel are processed on our seven forging lines with pressing forces from 1,600 to 5,000 tons. It goes without saying that we constantly monitor the quality of the steel being used – from goods receipt through to delivery of finished parts.

With optimised machine application and material usage we guarantee economic series production and produce products in a weight range from 0.5 to 50 kg

Our forged parts are highly resilient due to their favourable grain flow.  Controlled forming temperatures and a systematic heat treatment help us to achieve a grain structure that is as conducive to fatigue durability as it is advantageous for mechanical processing.
